Children up to the age of 2 years old, participate free provided they do not occupy a place in the coach
Children from 2 up to 11,99 years old are entitled to 30% discount
From 12 year upwards the full rates apply

Modifications / Cancellations

Modifications

Date change of attending the excursion is possible without any charges
Change a booked excursion for a different one is possible. The customer will be refunded or will have to pay the difference in price (does not apply for NON SHOW).
For cancelations from 3 days up to 24 hours before the excursion there is a charge of 25%
For cancelations from 24 hours up to time of the excursion there is a charge of 75%

Special Terms

The program and the itinerary of the tours might change without prior notice
There is a minimum number of participants required for a tour to be performed
In case of tours cancelations, the responsibility of our office / agency is limited to the full refund of the price paid by the customer for the excursion.
Refunds to the customers, if allowed according to the refund terms and conditions are only performed by the agency / office that issued the ticket
